Bell Activity: A ball is thrown straight up into the air. Discuss how the potential energy and kinetic energy of the ball change as time goes by.

• • Questions on homework problems - work problems

• Energy of a Rolling Ball Lab - Due Wednesday

  • Do a couple of "test runs", then alter the given procedure to make it more accurate. Complete the rest of the lab using your altered procedure.

  • Turn in the following:

    • Your altered procedure, along with an explanation of how your changed make it more accurate.

    • The middle "analysis" page (both sides, including the graph)

    • The "efficiency analysis" on a separate page (DON'T tear this out of your lab book!)
