    • Bell ringer (written): How can you keep fruit from going bad so fast?

    • Show the PowerPoint notes for chapter 7, section 4 about reaction rates. Have students take notes on a sheet of paper that they will turn in for a grade with their assignment. The PowerPoint will include indications of what students should write in their notes. Some will likely refuse to take notes altogether. Please write down their names so I can talk with them when I return. If any student becomes a distraction during class, please do not hesitate to send them out to talk to Chris Oberhoffer or Lisa Leuken immediately.

    • When the PowerPoint is finished, if time allows, have students get out their textbooks and begin working on page 215: 1-8. This assignment will be due when they return from break on Monday. Anything they don’t finish in class is to be done at home or during guided study.
