BR: How can you make a substance dissolve more rapidly? (e.g. sugar dissolving in water)

• Have students read pages 267-273 and take notes as they read. Remind them that they will have an open-notes quiz over these pages on Monday, so they should take very careful notes.

• Have students do page 273: 1-6 to turn in on Monday.

• If students finish early, turn on "An Inconvenient Truth (DVD)"
