  • Isopod lab

    • Introduction

      • Isopods (rolly pollies) are creatures that some biology classes study because of their role in the environment

      • A friend of mine who is a teacher studies these in her class, but not until January when they can't be found

      • Our goal is to find out what type of food they prefer to eat (which type of tree leaves)

    • Research

      • What are isopods? What is interesting about them?

      • What role do isopods play in the environment? Why are they important?

      • Define producers, consumers, and decomposers.
